Wyndcliffe Primary school converted to an academy within the Leigh Trust in March 2015. It is a three form entry school with a nursery offering 52 part time places. The school serves a rich and diverse local community in the Bordesley Green area of Birmingham and is proud to be fully inclusive, welcoming children from all walks of life. Wyndcliffe is a community school which shares and values the views and contributions of staff, parents and children alike. Our motto, TEAM (Together everyone achieves more) sums us up.

At Wyndcliffe, children are at the heart of our practice. We strongly believe that children only get one chance at their primary education and it is our job to ensure that each and every child reaches their full potential. We do this by delivering, a high quality education and by providing rich and memorable learning opportunities for all.

Our vision is to develop a community where everyone can enjoy a welcoming, secure, happy and healthy environment. Develop their self-confidence, self-esteem, self-motivation, independence, compassion, tolerance and understanding and become individuals who reach their full potential and more.

We encourage children to become good citizens, by developing caring attitudes and respect towards themselves, other children, adults, their school and their community. We aim to ensure that children become independent, confident learners acquiring a love of learning which will continue throughout their life.
